"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… And the Word became flesh, and
dwelt among us." (John 1:1; 1:14a)
FROM OUR FAMILY… Greetings to you and your family! "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6)
Throughout Michelle's pregnancy the Holy Spirit continued to guide our steps as He led us in directions we had not considered before.
This culminated in the home birth of our third child. Even the birth itself was not straightforward
as He made us rely
STEVE very much enjoyed working in his home office this past year. He was able to strike
a good balance between mental and physical work as he worked both
in the office, and out in the yard.
MICHELLE continues to homeschool Niko. This is Niko's second year, and they have been focusing primarily on Bible, reading, writing, and arithmetic. Michelle has been adjusting to and enjoying being a mother of three. We are so grateful that Michelle's folks have been helping us out tremendously during this postpartum time. NIKO is now six years old. His favorite hobbies include
reading, drawing, and building things. He also

MIA is two years old now. She has been learning the colors;
purple and pink are her favorites. Mia still enjoys copying everything her big brother does,
especially playing dress up. She also likes “reading” books and singing. During
this postpartum time, Mia has been learning how to speak Tagalog (Michelle's mom has been teaching her).
She enjoys being a big sister and loves to hug and kiss Luke.
LUKE is already five weeks old. He has been busy growing; he now weighs about 9 1/2 pounds and measures 20 inches long.
Luke enjoys "talking" to his brother and sister; they get so excited when Luke smiles, coos, or says "ahgoo." Our church's website is www.familybiblefellowship.org. |
